We send our products in 100% recycled paper packaging through the most efficient shipping systems available. Our unique shipping system bulk groups and transfers products across Canada creating efficiencies, and reducing our carbon footprint. 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 and all re-occurring subscription orders. Orders under this threshold are shipped at a nominal price (listed below).

Tracking My Order

Once your order has been received and fulfilled, your shipping tracking number will be sent to your email address. Please follow the link to track your package. If it has not arrived within the shipping window, please contact support@betterbasics.co for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order is incorrect or no longer required, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, shipping is not included. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the goods have been received. Goods must be unused in their original packaging.

Cancelling Your Order

If you've had a change of heart, we can cancel your order before midnight the same day it was purchased. If that window is missed your order has already been fulfilled and must be treated as a return. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, shipping is not included. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the goods have been received.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is damaged or missing items, please contact support@betterbasics.co with details and photos of the damage. We will make sure to replace or refund your products.
